The City of Temple has named Andrew Hill as FBO Manager for the Temple Executive Air Center. In this position, Mr. Hill will play a key role in the construction management and operational readiness of a new “state-of-the-art” FBO terminal at Draughon-Miller Central Texas Regional Airport (TPL) which is scheduled to be completed in August 2023. He began his new position on June 20, 2023.
Mr. Hill has worked for Texas Aero for seven years with increasing positions of responsibility. Most recently he served as FBO Manager, responsible for customer experience, aircraft handling, profitability, business development and human resources. He has also held the positions of Line-Service Manager and Line-Service Technician.
“Having been a part of the Central Texas aviation community for nearly 8 years, I have heard so many wonderful things about the Draughon-Miller airport,” said Hill. “I am very excited to get to know the team, airport tenants, and the people of Temple. I look forward to serving both the airport and the community at large. I can’t wait to be a part of what makes the Temple airport so special.”
Mr. Hill graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. He is a private pilot.
